If the computer is equipped with an RS232 port, the RS232/RS485 conversion interface will convert RS232 signals to RS485. At a distance of over 1200 meters and 9600 baud, 31 devices can be connected to the adapter.
If the computer does not have a serial port, the USB/RS485 adapter can obtain an RS485 communication port through the USB port.
RS422/RS 485 repeaters are recommended for temporary use locally. In some applications, it may exceed the maximum distance and/or maximum quantity of devices. One solution to this technical limitation is to install a signal amplification interface exceeding 1200 meters (9600 baud) for the 31 devices. In addition, it allows you to create a network branch, making it possible to reduce the cable length required to connect devices and avoid cable entanglement back and forth.

Ethernet interface authorizes RS485 slave devices to connect to Ethernet. These interfaces can be configured differently to accommodate other structures.
